Terms of Service
Welcome to Chris B’s Amazing Trees. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are a placeholder for legal review and serve as a starting point for the business owner and their legal counsel.
Service Scope
Chris B’s Amazing Trees provides professional tree pruning, removal, diagnosis, and maintenance services. Scope of work is defined strictly by the written estimate provided to the client. Any additional work requested on-site will require a separate or amended estimate.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept checks, cash, Zelle, Venmo and digital payments as specified on your invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Texas law.
Liability & Insurance (Texas Specific)
Chris B’s Amazing Trees maintains general liability insurance in accordance with Texas standards for tree service contractors. The client is responsible for identifying property boundaries and underground utilities. Chris B’s Amazing Trees is not liable for damage to unmarked lines or neighbors' property if boundaries were incorrectly identified by the client.
Cancellation Policy for Chris B’s Amazing Trees
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a mobilization fee. Emergency weather conditions may necessitate rescheduling by Chris B’s Amazing Trees for safety reasons at no penalty to the client.
